As the Senior Vice President/Regional Manager for Tiarna’s Colorado and Arizona division, Wade Doidge is responsible for the supervision of the division’s operations, management, leasing, advisory, and accounting departments within the Colorado and Arizona office. 

Prior to joining Tiarna in June of 2009, Mr. Doidge was a Director with Alliance Commercial Partners in Denver, Colorado. During his 10 year tenure at Alliance, Mr. Doidge was responsible for both Acquisitions and Asset Management.  During this time, he was personally involved in the underwriting, due diligence and closing of more that $1.3 billion of value added real estate.  His tasks included sourcing deals, underwriting and financing, as well as the business plan implementation and disposition.  This included brokerage and management selection, budget review, capital project implementation, lease negotiation and coordination of dispositions.  Assets were primarily office, but also included industrial, retail, multifamily, residential land, as well as originating and/or purchasing mezzanine debt and structured equity transactions. 

Before Alliance, Mr. Doidge was the Director of Capital Markets at Sonnenblick-Goldman Investment Bankers.  There he was charged with debt and equity placement for the Lodging and Leisure group. This division included hotels, conference centers, and golf and ski resorts. In addition to traditional debt and equity placement for the firm, Mr. Doidge also started two new project groups: a Public/Private Advisory as well as a privately held hedge fund that targeted existing ill-managed real estate syndications to unlock value.

Prior to joining Sonnenblick-Goldman, Mr. Doidge was a Regional Manger for a start up real estate company focused exclusively on the manufactured housing industry.  Affordable Residential Communities (ARC) quickly grew from a $12 million fund, to a public Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) with a market capitalization in excess of $950 million. 

Mr. Doidge is a Colorado licensed real estate broker and holds both a Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wyoming.
